Notice

We need at least one month in advance notice to make reservations.  The earlier you inquire about a specific date the more chances of it being available.  To guarantee a date and time you must pay the $100 rental space fee as soon as possible.  First come first serve basis with a rental fee paid in full. Decorations

We are not responsible for decorating or taking down décor you provide.  You can come early to decorate and balloons are allowed as long as it doesn’t conflict with dining-in customers prior to serving party.  We cannot allow loose confetti usage as part of the decor. We close our serving line 30min prior to the starting time of the party.

Cancellations

We can refund $100 rental fee as longs as you notify us as soon as possible but no later than one week prior to date of the party. • Food- Any Outside food that conflicts with our menu (incl. “food gifts” Filipino-style desserts ex: fruit salads, macaroni salads etc) for your party or drinks will NOT be allowed.  You may bring your own cake, cupcakes, fruits & veggie trays etc. Order the food items based on the party-size trays from the menu enough to feed the entire party. We do not provide whole roast pigs but you may purchase on your own and bring it on the day of the party.  We do not charge by the head.  Paper supplies to take home the leftover food are included in fees.

Small parties of est. 30 ppl or less

If you need to reserve a small section of the restaurant and don’t require our dining room to be closed off to our customers then we will not collect a $100 rental space fee.  It will be understood that other customers will be able to order dine-in and take-out during small parties.  You may utilize our current line to serve or order your own trays of food to feed your party.

Other Fees

There will be an added 20% charge off the total bill (not including tax) for supplies and cleaning.  We can provide a limited selection of colored tablecloths of your choice.  We have chair slip-covers (satin) and ribbons for an additional charge.  We will do our best to accommodate to all your requests but we have the right to refuse any requests to abide by any building and fire code accordances. Our max capacity is 100 people.

During Bar hours

If the party runs into our bar hours (every Friday 9pm-2am) no one under 18 is allowed after 10pm.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Payments

We can collect partial payments in advance but we will need to collect for the full balance of the food bill no later than one week prior to the date of the party.  We can accept cash or credit card only, no personal checks.  

Damages

The responsible party will be liable for all and any damages made inside and outside the restaurant property during the party.

Music

You can utilize our DJs (music & karaoke) Friday night between 9pm-2am at no extra charge but if you need them any other time it will be at your own expense. You will need to discuss those charges directly with our DJs about their fees and pay for their services after the party. We can only allow our own professional DJs to use our sound system.
